From what I read, Sanford was vigorously shopping INEL around but no offers better than IM's came in. The news said that INEL accepted a better price/terms from IM but didn't give details. I'm guessing that the offer is in the upper 70-90mill range that was & is being given out. I can't believe that this sort of news is being met with nothing positive for the stock price. Probably, the company's reputation is so damaged, it is beyond repair by this regime. Also read that INEL has an offer for their XLsource business & XLCT (the company they own 80% of) is expected to show good and improving profits after last quarters disappointment (and subsequent market overreaction & punishment). --Tita-- your 2cents worth was appreciated. Your opinion of INEL matches my own. I've kept holding on these past few weeks hoping for a small spike. I'll be getting out for good any time now as this horse seems to be dead. Try to get one last gallop out of it before it goes. Randy
