Spinoff thoughts... AN has stated that the spinoff details would be announced in January. If they stay with that schedule, we should know something more definitive within 2 weeks. Looking at the financials of the rental unit is interesting. It had one billion in sales, but only made $30 million in the 3rd quarter. Last year's third quarter had a similar sales figure but the profit was $100,000! If the spinoff helps to reduce expenses, we should see good value for what we get. Of course, all of this is JMO.
