most of your derivative hedging use the 10-yr to hedge their exposure so it usually see heavier selling but i have never seen that before, and i am not so sure that explains it... kind of wierd.. that's a pretty huge inefficiency.. you'd think somebody would take advantage of it unless liquidity is just so dried up that they can't
