As today's action indicates, the stock does not seem particularly receptive to good news - a poor technical sign. However, the key thing this Alcatel announcement addresses in my mind is not how fast the rollout is today, which current stock investors may be focusing on, but who will be there at the finish line. (I have never had any doubt that this will eventually be a big market.)
