I do wonder why they would possibly jeopardize the other merger with OCLI THey are not jeopardizing the OCLI takeover. Their board just wants to be able to present the complete picture to their shareholders---a responsibility of the board of directors. Wants to make sure the shareholders are not in the dark about the recent happenings. Actually OCLI CEO is very excited about ramping up production thanks to the merger. Bill, it is a done deal.
