Black and Co. in Portland Oregon issued a "buy" rating on RSYS yesterday. There TF number is 503-248-9600. They stated they would fax a report. I'll let you know its contents if they fax prior to earnings. They are situated closed to Radisys proximity wise and may be more in the "know" than most shorts think they are. They state that RSYS is expected to earn $1.85 this year.
