Buyout coming ?? There was a story in the South China Morning Post this AM that HSBC Holdings is looking for an acquisition in CA. East-West would fit their criteria and the take-out could be worth as much as $25 a share (currently trading less than $13). FBR increased it's price target to $22.50 and EPS estimate to $1.47 in 2000
