As you said,I think the new acquisition will help IFLO.They are paying for it 1/2 in cash and 1/2 in stock.

Will see if it can close today above the present resistance at 4. The volume so far has been light (82,700) The B/A at present still not favorable (10/31) with the spread 15/16 to 4

I remain long and hopeful.
