Paul, it's a jet pilot term for going so high that the air want let a jet fly. Since it's impossible to please God w/o faith. Then any church that wants to preach and do the bible will be constantly doing things on faith not their own abilities. When you are using your faith then you are pushing the envelop. If you do only that which you know ou can accmplish with your own abilities..then you aren't using your faith. So, it's impossible to live the christian life with natural abilities. the key is knowing God's will.. which requires faith. Many times He tells us things to do that require faith and if faith is involved then we may not be able to do it with natural abilities. Plus, knowing the dif between using faith and being stupid.
