Putin addressed the new Duma today and a chairman has been elected (Seleznyov). Now, maybe they can get down to business! Amazing how few shares it takes to move this stock price up and down. Today, on 4000 shares so far, a substantial difference in bid and ask. I know people have been trying to buy substantial amounts under .50 but to no avail.
