THIS DEAL STINKS. VOTE NO!
All USRX shareholders should vote no to this merger. COMS CEO is a snake oil salesman who took Casey for a ride. USRX is being held significantly down by COMS. The only think that could make this deal fair is cold hard cash. Would you accept devalued currency. BAY is under 20 and Shiva is under 10. COMS has to deal with INTC, CSCO, CPQ, and everyone else. At least USRX is able to come out with cutting edge technology ahead of the competition (i.e. X2, X2 pc cards, pilot, etc.).
