Good Luck,

Mr. John Pennal reports
The company has retained George Taylor, former president and chief executive officer of John Labatt Limited, to assist the company regarding its strategic direction. Mr. Taylor, who has more than 35 years experience in the beer industry, was chief executive officer of Labatt's when it was acquired by Interbrew in 1995. Mr. Taylor's role with Labatt's/Interbrew ended on Dec. 31, 1998.
Noble's board of directors believes the current trading price of the company's common shares does not adequately reflect the economic value of Noble's majority interest in the Zhaoqing Noble Brewery in China, nor its exclusive licence, commencing November, 2003, to produce and distribute Pabst Blue Ribbon beer throughout China. Pabst Blue Ribbon is China's largest selling foreign brand. Mr. Taylor will assist with efforts to identify alternatives to surface the real value of the company's shares.
