Andy, You are afraid of ESST of taking the VCD market share as I forecasted here, right? Well, ESST is very focused on ISA audio IC where they are number 1. ESST comes to the VCD player market and they aim to be number 1 as well. CUBE can take the front runner position in DVD until end of, say 1997. ESST will jump into DVD at the right time. When? My guess is as good as any guess. You spent so much energy lauding ESS lacking a PCI audio solutions. Now ESST bought a PCI audio solutions JUST IN TIME. They aim to be number 1 there, too. What more do you expect from ESST? Like CUBE wants to be "Intel" or "King of the digital video". Get real.
