I would like to add NUKE (Rhombic Corp.) to the Rumor List.

I received an e-mail alert and wanted to talk to the company myself. I was able to get a hold of Mike Skerry, IR for NUKE. According to Mr. Skerry, the company will releasing a PR by this Wednesday stating that the company is/will be fully reporting. In addition, Mr. Skerry mentioned that the stock will be trading on the FrankFort Stock Exchange. (See this news released in November 1999:http://www.dljdirect.com/cgi/inet/qndigest.trn?research_cde=BSW&key_nmb=BW0380&trn_key_nmb=BSW991129000725&symbol=NUKE&topic=business_wire&selection=all_news_sources). Mr. Skerry stated that the listing on the FrankFort exchange will take place within 2-7 days from the date of the announcement of the fully reporting status. He also mentioned that there will be several other PR's(some very big) in the very near future.

Mr. Skerry sounded very confident and excited in his voice in discussing the future of NUKE. He is very confident that the listing on the FrankFort Stock Exchange will bring foreign investors and will increase the price of the stock(his words, not mine).

Base on what Mr. Skerry told me, I would like an impact date of January 26, 2000. This is the target date for NUKE to be listed on the FrankFort Stock Exchange.
