UN + Iraqi oil industry infrastructure quote.bloomberg.com Iraq's output won't increase much above current levels anytime soon even if the UN accelerates the pace in which the country can import much-needed spare parts for its crumbling oil infrastructure, analysts said. ``It's not a question of putting in place policies that will boost Iraqi output,' said Mohammed Abduljabbar, an oil analyst with Washington-based Petroleum Finance Company. ``It's a question of moving quickly to make spare parts available in order to stop Iraq's production level from declining.'
