NTPL - I don't know what's up. just saw a 10K block go by at 11 5/8. I'm holding for now and hoping this is a good buying opp. Volume has been low the past few days. Well they did it to us again. dropped to 11 5/16 and less than 1 minute later it's back to 11 3/4... Manip job it looks like. Let's see how the next half hour plays out. There may be a little resistance at 12 on the way back up.
