Brendan Intel has done nothing to decrease the value of COMS stock price other than slice it's price on ethyernet cards and spew FUD which stock investors have fell for. Intel's price reduction has resulted in COMS gainning market share believe it or not, and COMS sells it's products at a price 10% higher than Intel's because it is better and the market is willing to pay for it. When this merger is complete it will be Intel who is shaking in their boots...not the new 3Com. And remember 3Com didn't seek a merger with USR, it was the opposite. I am loading up on this stock on each price drop because you won't find it this cheap 3-6 months from now. Don't look to the past and count what you've lost, but look ahead and see what you can gain.
