If it?s about engineering skills then I disagree. I consider Nokia asking IDC for help versus the Q a very strong point.

Jim, with all due respect, I don't think this is a point in favor of IDC. Qualcomm has been hiring all the qualified engineers they can get their hands on. They are not about to put that talent to work at the discretion of NOK, Q has their own projects they need the engineers to focus on to increase shareholder value. If IDC has surplus engineers just waiting to help out NOK, I don't think is a net positive for IDC. To try to characterize it as such just doesn't stand up to the rationality test.

It would appear to me that anyone buying IDC at these levels (or not selling at these levels) has a warped sense of risk/reward ratio.
