Vince, <A call to HP online store at 1-888-999-4747 inquiring when I might purchase an Athlon system from them elicited this response: "We have them for sale now at Sam's Club, and we hope to have them here online by February." This (Sam's) was rumoured yesterday on amdzone.com. Talk about your stealth launches!> Nice DD. Now, if we can find out exactly what speed grades HP has at Sam's club that would be nice. <Now the question for those of us playing the game: Do the Street money men already know? They probably don't shop at Sam's. > I think HP has not been counted in yet. However, if there is no announcement or news report, it may not amount to much in terms of short term movement. <Everyone who will be brave enough to hold a significant unhedged option position into the CC please raise your hand, I like to make a tally.> I have absolutely no hedge. I was thinking off doing a small trade if HP announcement came through but it hasn't come and I don't see my self doing any hedging or selling before earnings. AMD is now by far the largest stock in my portfolio. I am very long and may add some more .... Chuck
