I was kind of thinking the same thing. I can see it now. Mr Case sitting up in his office one day thinking to himself how he can most screw the stockholders of his company and the merger with Time pops into his head. Come on!!!!!

I think Mr Case did what he thinks is going to be a great deal for the company LONG term. If you are an investor, then you need to determine if this is good or bad, then take the appropriate action. If you are a trader...oh well. You win some and lose some. But whatever you are, don't blame Mr Case for intentionally screwing the stockholders.
