Steve,

NetManage announced in early December 95 a licensing agreement
with Microsoft. The stock blasted off from 22 to 34 in 2 days, then settled
back down to the mid 20's area.
In early January they announced disappointing earnings for their fourth
quarter ($0.11 vs expected of $0.20). The stock got hammered!!
It bounced between 9 and 13 from early January to mid-April. A nice run-up to
13.5 preceded the earnings on April 18th (0.12 vs 0.12). The stock has recovered due to
interest in NetManage's strong position in IntraNets.
I got in at 12.375 and am hanging on until the next earnings look at least.
