The theory is that the best jockies will get the best rides and that is usually a valid assumption;the legs and stamina of the horse are always the determining factor in a horserace. So it is in the case of Valence. If they can prove the capability to produce Lithium polymer batteries in commercial quantities (while meeting rigid specifications), the future is bright indeed!! If they can do it first, so much the better. Until then, the stock is a crap shoot and only hope, faith or greed can attract buyers. While not admitting which of those motives has attracted me, I have bought Valance stock and look forward to some positive news on the start-up. Mitch
