INTEL is not shaking. They have $5 billion in cash. The proof is in the pudding. Look at 3com's latest quarter. If Intel wants to crush 3com, then 3com will be crushed. Why would Intel be shaking in its boots? 3com and usrx are not in the microprocessor business. Also, would you rather have Grove as your CEO or 3com's snake oil salesman.
