Mosey on over to: pcquote.com PC Quote now offers real-time quotes for only the exchange fees. That means less than $10/mo for NASDAQ, AMEX, and NYSE. If you are a REAL cheapskate, and you only trade NASDAQ, this will cost you all of $3.50/month. It would seem prudent in any situation where you have money at risk to have a backup source of quotes, given concerns about Datek's quote reliability. It would also just be "nice" if a lot of Datek customers signed-up with PC Quote and took some load off of the server. Consider this your civic duty. These are also much more "deluxe" quotes than those provided by Datek, and would think that it is worth the $10 just for that.
