G'day all - hi lml, MHO is that you have hit the nail right on. Time and again, we have seen great products fell on the way side. Why? Management. I am yet to ascertain the CMTO managerial effectiveness, but I'd rather put more emphasis in this when the time comes for me to decide BUY, SELL or HOLD. And bashing TERN here or elsewhere will not help CMTO [this is just a reminder to myself - and no one else - that I am investing in CMTO, not anti-TERN <G>.] Sales, alliances and partnership are what end results of quality products, services and management, at least for the outside investors. best, Bosco
