hi Harry;

Seems that Dow & SPX roll over & Naz chugs along "behind" making a new high after them. Then they rise & it falls. Of course Naz may not make a new high.

I was in CIEN but took profits as I thot it looked ready for a rest. See if it continues without me :(

The fiber optics got that write-up in Briefing that doc posted. Possibly helped put them on the radar screen. Harry was there first :)

Never did find the clipboard viewer, but after Stefan posted, I realized that what I had been doing was essentially the same thing! ie print screen. The only problem is it prints all my screens and makes a huge e-mail attachment. However, if you want the T's, let me know.

Was also wondering how one would go to a chart & input standard deviation channels (?) in order to know when a particular stock is 2 standard deviations above its x dma. ie is a bit overextended. Maybe this is a loopy idea, but am always looking at charts & wondering whether a particular stock is proportionately as far above its x dma as it was at some time in the past.

If anyone has any ideas, it would be helpful. thank you.

BTW what software are you looking at? A particular index?

Dorothy

Not long ago, people were out rollerblading in shorts. Now it is absolutely frigid; workers pulled off construction sites etc. What does this do economically, if anything?
