SSP, thanks for posting, I never saw it. That's great news for this 22MM share fully reporting shell of minimal debt! Dropping the hotel business means no dilution! It will now be interesting to watch this play, wish I had bought more. This make CECS even a cleaner deal than CHIP as a shell. CHIP still has odors of mining. <VBG>
