Have been watching KLYS for weeks. Reviewed their 10QSB which stated that operations ceased in FEB 98, and they are looking for a shell candidate.
Based on recent volume, it appears this may be taking place. Any info on this aspect (new company) backing into the KLYS ticker would be appreciated if avail.
