The numbers are NOT good. Expect a drop to under 100 tomorrow. Operating income is up 7.5% only over 1998 ($2918 vs $2714) The bottom line looks good because of two factors: a) investment income up 129% over last year b) tax rate down from 35% to 34% These numbers do not justify a p/e of 75! Watch out tomorrow. Pierre
