thanks for being so frank...but call o.i. has simply exploded recently, and on some days certain stocks make moves that have to be supported by something other than normal investment demand. don't forget the otc options...i agree with Tice on the matter. derivatives have become a big force in moving the market. of course that will be also true on the way down.
