Alan, Maybe this lawsuit against Hitachi will have an effect on DDR being developed by any company? Rambus feels strongly that they are being infringed upon by Hitachi, and who knows what others are doing with Rambus's technology? Could be a real positive for Rambus if the others start to pull in their horns and rethink the possible outcome. Could be more than just a minor obstacle. biz.yahoo.com
