Ignatz, They don't have to sue anyone next. This is a warning shot fired across the DRAM industry bow. Hitachi is probably the worst offender re: RDRAM production (except maybe Micron, but they're A-Mur-i-can) and probably the weakest. If Hitachi settles, there will be some serious discussions going on to settle across the industry. OTOH, the other mfrs. may help Hitachi fight the suit, though I doubt it. Dave
