Cosidering that it is still a symmetrical triangle, chances are good for a move up. If you go by the book, the formation (and a move up) becomes suspect after 5 or 6 weeks. Still plenty of time. The relative strength has gone to short-term oversold and is showing improvement. It may need some more news. Doug R
