Gee, why do you avoid thinking? Or at least a thoughtful response.

If the Global Hysterics have the science, why do they not send the treaty to the Senate?

Why instead are they trying to implement Kyoto w/o scientific foundation or Constitutional authority?

We know that the Clinton administration acts politically first and always. They have bombed people - the Sudan - for same. Science, like ethics, is an unnecessary intrusion to their reality.
