"they will initially grant 20 million shares with 80 millio going to coms holders" these numbers are incorrect, and in fact are not known at this time. they're going to sell 20% of the total shares to the public and 80% will be distributed back to COMS shareholders (or so they say). that's where you must have gotten your 20/80 figures. :) mark
