RE: AOL/INTC

INTC is much too smart with their investments to plunk down billions for an overpriced net bubble of a stock.

What is going to happen in 10-20 years after the baby boomers' kids become the great majority? AOL is basically an ISP for dummies for those with no knowledge whatsoever of computers or the internet. Once the younger(read:brighter computer-wise) generation come to the forefront, AOL's revenues will be seriously threatened IMHO. I would never use AOL, nor anyone I know who is at all computer savvy. AOL operates in a low-tech, low barriers to entry, commodity industry, with the likes of Netzero now giving away what AOL charges a premium for. Will the younger generation pay the $24.95/mo or use the money to buy CD's and use a free ISP such as Netzero? I think the answer is clear.
