Hi Patty - Nicole a/k/a - nice of you to stop by --

Since you've followed me vs. the shorts on a couple of my other winners, you probably remember that I'm not a daytrader and the only in/out action I go for is not on the street.

I'm in this one under 2 so I'm probably not the best person to ask.

However, since I always have an opinion (hey I am a lawyer), hard to argue with the action this entire day, as well as the last week. In the face of some growing short hypes, this held up well. I look for it to break 20 -- after that who knows --

This company has too many good people on board to be dismissed as hype by you know who. It has backed down and gotten major concessions from IBM relative to its patent position and has other arrangements with e.g. Sony, Chrysler and Ford. It's product was recently honored all over the world as I'm sure you've seen.

So -- if I were a daytrader - I wouldn't want to be short this -- at least not in the morning. Very thin also, tough to get any stock as only recently become marginable at the regular brokers (not talking about your offshore bookie and other non-float arrangements that some of the shorties claim to use.)

Wouldn't want to look at the account and see the broker has bought me in 5 points higher.
