The article I read from the San Diego Union this morning says possible "163 million customers in 40 states." Being new to this, educate me. Should Leap go after this spectrum? What will the cost be? What other carriers could possible bid? And finally, what is the big deal with Salmasi and White? Nextwave is in bankruptcy, no? Charlie
