I spoke to Adam at King Capital (IR) today. The private placement closed 2 days ago and was way oversold by 2 times. ($1 mil). Should be a NR out any time. They had to turn away investors. A group in Toronto were after 600k (assumed to be buying in the market). The selling should have dried up as of today with Doug Kind's (manufacturing division split off) friends selling the last of their shares out of Research Capital. They have a big road show planned with presentations at Canadian brokerage houses first then US. 70% of the stock is held by US investors. 60 units in the hands of companies for beta testing with no disclosure agreements. Fortune 100 companies including Intel and Microsoft. Expect lots of NR's in the near future - Adam said 4 or 5 within the month. The trading activity in the stock has surprised me with big selling daily cleaning out the bids. But the bids come back just a quick every time. Hopefully if the selling is over we can start to see some gains in the price. Also I should mention that ICM will be presenting next week at the Intel USB forum. I think this stock has tremendous potential. John
