The State of Maine Department of Transportation - 2,000 Pounds of NUOVINOX Rebar to Be Used in the Pre-Cast Sections of The
Seavey Bridge in Frankfort, Maine -
DALLAS, Jan. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- STELAX Industries, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: STAX) announces it has received an agreement for 2,000 pounds of NUOVINOX Reinforcing bar (Rebar) for the State of Maine Department of Transportation. The rebar will be used as a non-corrosive solution in the pre-cast sections that will be used in the Seavey Bridge. Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2000.
NUOVINOX is carbon steel that is cladded with stainless steel and is priced substantially lower than solid stainless steel.
