(NasdaqNM:DIGX - news), a Web-hosting provider, and some of its shareholders filed on Tuesday to sell 10 million shares of Class A common stock. It said eight million of the shares would be sold by a subsidiary of Intermedia Communications Inc. (NasdaqNM:ICIX - news) and the rest by Digex.
