CATS... been following this for awhile... from about $1.50 a couple of months or more ago. Agree on min price target. There is a lot to be said for these "big cap" OTCBB stocks. They move cause there is little float. You only need to catch the interest of a few people to see them move $1-2 in a day... vice getting half the worlds population involved moving one of these mega-behemoth float dime stocks. Not to say sub-dollar stocks are bad... We have latched onto many good ones in the last year or so. Tom
