Mark Haynes asks what Citrix does in layman's terms, Ed tries (unsuccessfully) to explain in 20 seconds or less; how is the relation with Microsoft, strong as ever; yadda yadda. Perhaps a new line of discussion will be the ASP sector. Here's hoping for a blow out quarter.
