Mike, greetings to you and all the good folks on this thread. I've been lurking here for 2+ years. Your wise counsel has had a major impact on my investment strategy. I've often done well with technology stocks picks, especially software. (I'm a computer programmer). But where I've fallen down (besides often being too early) is risk management. So with what I've learned from your posts and a little more discipline, perhaps I can hold on to the gains I often easily make but, in the past, have always let slip through my fingers.
Can you offer an opinion on what I consider a value software play, RWAV, with offerings in B2B, Java, e-commerce, C++ components etc.? Price to sales is only 2x. I'm in at $9 for 3 years - a rare display of patience for me. <g> I hope this can become an ANCR-like rise from the ashes (hated by all but a few brave souls) but no red ink here and $3 per share cash.
Apparently Michael Murphy has a buy rec. out on this. Makes me very nervous, even though he occasionally picks a winner (maybe 1 out of 10).
