Given that the Pontikes family controls over 25% of the stock, the odds would seem to favor a distribution of Prism and venture capital shares. That would unlock more value for the shareholders, particularly the Pontikes family. Gotta bet on the personal greed factor.

As for the specifics of the allocations, we will have to wait until they file the S-1s. Like LDP, this is a difficult stock to value. IMHO, not much risk here.
