4/19/99 19 ORDER DIRECTING "Defendants" to mean Dorian Reed and Audrey
Reed and each of them and their successors, assigns,
officers, agents, servants, employees, and those persons in
active concert or participation with them who receive
actual notice of this order whether acting directly or
through any corporation, subsidiary, division or device;
PERMANTLY ENJOINING Defendants from violating or assisting
others to violate any provisions of the FTC Act as
specifically set forth; PERMANTLY ENJOINING Defendants from
violating or assisting others to violate any provisions of
the Franchise Rule as therein set forth; ENTERING judgment
against defendants jointly and severally in the amount of
$613,110.00; DIRECTING Defendants shall notify the FTC in
writing within 30 days of any change of address for a
period of 5 years from the date of this order; DIRECTING
Defendants Dorian Reed and Audrey Reed to notify the FTC in
writing of any change in employment status within 10 days
of such change for a period of 5 years as therein set forth;
