Cabletron Changes

More changes for Cabletron Systems of Rochester. News9 has learned that Cabletron's manufacturing division has been sold to Flextronics International of California. The deal with be announced Wednesday. Flextronics is a 3.8 billion dollar company and it's acquisition of Cabletron gives it a presence in the Northeast. No layoffs are anticipated as Flextronics looks to grow it's client base here. That leaves Cabletron with it's engineering, sales and service, and support divisions intact.
