I received the most recent issue of Red Chip Review yesterday. The goods news is that they are positive on the company. They mention the joint contracts with Delphi, Hanil Telecom (Korea), and
Alliant Techsystem. Further, they believe VLNC is 3 to 6 months ahead of the competition (ULBI). The bad news is that they are projecting losses in 97 of .78 and .59 in 98. However, the final sentence in the article is interesting:
"We are not providing a target price because of difficulties in estimating earnings, but any announcements of supply agreements with OEMs should fuel the stock price."
I would add that Red Chip is usually very conservative in their earnings estimates, etc.
