Dear Tecinvestor: No my cable company is Adelphia and at least around here it is the poorest excuse of a communications entity I can imagin. It is the primary reason I am still on telephone hookup as the cable goes out nearly every day and it seems like it always happens when I am watching something interesting. These people get a monopoly and then could care less about customers and how they feel. Trying to call service is a JOKE. I have tried even in the middle of the night (3:00am) and STILL gotten busy signals. No doubt in my mind they leave the phone off the hook. We have tried calling our local govt. officials but they just turn a blind eye. jdn
