VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan 19, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Further
to the press release of November 16, 1999, Xin Net Corp. (OTCBB:XNET)
is pleased to report that the trial marketing period of Xinnet "Instant
Cards" with the Beijing Post Office has been successfully completed.

The parties have now signed an agreement to make the "Instant Cards"
available throughout the whole Post Office network in Beijing. There
are over 200 Post Office outlets in Beijing servicing a population of
12 million. The "Instant Cards" are prepaid access cards to the Xinnet
ISP service network. Each card initially allows for 50 hours of
Internet access. The Company is currently planning to start similar
arrangements with Postal Bureaus of other big cities.

Xinnet provides Internet access and content (www.xinnet.com.cn), online
domain name registration (www.ChinaDNS.com) and online auctions
(www.xinbid.com). It currently operates in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai
and Shenyang and has ISP licenses for six other Chinese cities. Its
